Computers with ARM processor architecture will not work with Lead Discovery. The Microsoft Visual C++ installer package that installs on a system with this processor architecture will only install the ARM version of the Visual C++ packages (not x86/x64). At this time Lead Discovery only supports CPUs with x86/x64 architecture.
Typically the following errors will feature in the Spotfire.Dxp.log:
Didn't detect Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 (or higher) Redistributable x64
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64)' is not detected
Spotfire is going to be closed due to Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 (or higher) Redistributable is not installed successfully.
