Keywords: User already exists, ChemDraw, ChemOffice, Spotfire, can't add a user.
Details: The license admin is not able to add user/s to the download center portal. They keep getting the error that the user already exists.
This is due to the fact that the user already has a trial account in our system or is already registered under another account.
To add the user follow these steps instead:
1. On the download portal select List Accounts:
2. Select your account and from the Actions drop-down menu, select Link Existing Users:
