Linked copies of clinical data view has disappeared when using Connector for Medidata Rave

Problem:

The following warning message is displayed when an user selects Configure menu in Connector for Medidata Rave.

Some previously selected forms or fields are no longer available and have been removed from your configuration.

Afterwards user finds out that all linked copies to clinical data views have disappeared from list of data tables.

Resolution:

When an user adds changes from the Configure menu (Tools > Connector for Medidata Rave > Configure), linked copies of clinical data view that was added from Configure menu will not be maintained.

As a workaround, user can choose to add clinical data views from the Flyout menu (Authoring Bar > Files and data > Other > Connector for Medidata Rave Data Source). Linked copies of data from this menu will not be affected by further operations via Configure menu.

If an user has already added many clinical data views via Configure menu, then use the Data Canvas to replace any of the data sources from Configure menu to Flyout menu.
