Authentication Error - Access Expired when trying to reset your Download Center password

If you requested to reset your password for the download center (https://revvitysignals.flexnetoperations.com), but wait too long to use it, you may receive the following error:

If that is the case, please go back to the login page and click the forgot password option again.

If you just requested the password reset and still see this error, it could be caused by the time zone configured on your computer.  If you are in a different time zone, the system may think that the time has expired.

To correct this, change the time zone on your computer to any time zone in the US (GMT -6 should work).  Try again or request the password reset one more time.  This time you should not see the error.

Once you access the download center you may change your time zone back to normal.
