How to add a Notebook to the favorite in Signals Notebook?

Solution:

Log on to Signals Notebook as a Admin or Standard user > Locate Notebook Smart folder
Click on the Notebook Name that You want to add to the Favorites.
On the Right-hand top (below Your name), there is a star symbol (hovering over the same will display "click to mark as favorite"), click on the same and the Notebook is added to the Favorite.
