NOTE: Before transferring a license for version 22.x or older to a new computer, please confirm that you have a copy of the installer for the software. Revvity Signals is not able to provide access to the installers for version 22.x or any previous versions.
The first step to transfer a license is to remove it from the computer that will not be used any more. With the release of version 17, the option to de-activate the license from within the software is now available.
Windows:
1. Open ChemDraw on the old computer.
2. Go to Help Activate ChemDraw.
3. The information should be filled out automatically, including the activation code. Just click the De-activate button and wait a couple of seconds for the license to be released.
Mac:

2. Go to the ChemDraw menu and click Activate ChemDraw.
