ChemDraw: Distorted ChemDraw Objects in Excel

For ChemDraw in Excel, the height and width ratio of objects would be changed incessantly, which makes it distorted. 

In Excel, go to File | Options | Advanced | Image Size and Quality and select "Do not compress images in file"
