Signals Inventa: How can I search a list of compounds in SAR analysis app?

Method 1 : Table Filter (available in Inventa 3.2 and above)

1. Right-click on the SAR table
2. Select the magnifying glass icon 
3. A search box will appear at the bottom of the screen
4. Select the multiline icon (3 horizontal lines).  
5. In the text box, add each of your identifiers on a new line. If desired, you can limit the search to a particular column (e.g.: Compound ID)
   
6. Matching results will be highlighted in the table
   
7. If you’d like to filter the table to just the highlighted values, select the marking icon , which will mark the highlighted rows in the table
   
8. Right-click on the table and select the marking icon , which will limit the table by marking
   

Method 2: Spotfire Filter (Available in Inventa 3.2 and below)

1. Open the Spotfire filter panel and find the SAR Table filter. Make sure it’s set to list box filter
   
2. Type in your IDs of interest. If you have multiple IDs you can use the separator OR
   
3. Use Ctl + click to highlight more than one ID
   
4. This will filter the SAR table
