Alternatively, to edit a workflow, hover over the Workflow card, then select [More Actions] and select
[Edit].
Optionally, from the Save workflow panel, the user can move Apps up or down to determine their order in the Workflow by selecting the [Move up] or
[Move Down] buttons, respectively. Also, the user can delete an App from the selection by selecting the
[Delete app] button.
Alternatively, from the Workflow Editor page, the user can select the Published toggle, then select the [Save and Publish] button.
Note: When a workflow is saved as Draft, the workflow will be listed only in the individual user's internal list of workflows; when saved as Published, the workflow will be shared with others within the organization.
Note: The user can cancel the editing of the workflow by selecting the [Cancel] button.
