Signals VitroVivo: Lock a parameter(s) of an app in a workflow

Prior to this task:

✔ Spotfire for Signals item must be opened.

✔ A workflow must be created and available. 

1️⃣ Signals Apps page ➡ Workflows ➡ select workflow
2️⃣ Workflow panel ➡ select  [Edit]
3️⃣ Save workflow panel ➡ select app 4️⃣ Save workflow panel ➡ Parameters ➡ hove over parameter to lock ➡ select  [lock icon]
5️⃣ Workflow Editor ➡ select  [Save as Draft]

Alternatively, from the Workflow Editor page, the user can select the Published toggle, then select [Save and Publish].

Note: When a workflow is saved as Draft, the workflow will be listed only in the individual user's internal list of workflows; when saved as Published, the workflow will be shared with others within the organization.

Note: The parameter locking feature prevents the modification of configured values when going through the workflow; therefore, locked parameters will be displayed grayed out.

Note: The user can cancel the editing of the workflow by selecting the  [Cancel] button.
