Signals VitroVivo: Clone a workflow

Prior to this task:

✔ Spotfire for Signals item must be opened.

✔ A workflow must be available.

1️⃣ Signals Apps page ➡ Workflows ➡ select workflow to clone
2️⃣ Workflow panel ➡ select  [dropdown icon] ➡ select  [Clone]
3️⃣ Workflow Editor ➡ type Workflow’s name Category Description 4️⃣ Workflow Editor ➡ select  [Save as Draft]

Note: The user can follow the editing steps to configure the cloned workflow.

Alternatively, to clone a workflow, hover over the Workflow card, then select  [More Actions] and select  [Clone].

Alternatively, from the Workflow Editor page, the user can select the Published toggle, then select the  [Save and Publish] button.

Note: When a workflow is saved as Draft, the workflow will be listed only in the individual user's internal list of workflows; when saved as Published, the workflow will be shared with others within the organization.
