Signals VitroVivo: Execute a workflow

Prior to this task:

✔ Spotfire for Signals item must be opened.

✔ A workflow must be created and available.

1️⃣ Signals Apps page ➡ Workflows ➡ select workflow ➡ select  [Execute Workflow]
2️⃣ Active App page ➡ configure parameters accordingly* 3️⃣ Active App page ➡ select  [Next]*

*Steps 2️⃣ and 3️⃣ are performed for each app in the workflow.

Alternatively, to execute the workflow, from the Workflow panel, select the  [Run] button and continue to follow the workflow instructions and parameters to configure each App page.

Note: The user is allowed to move forward with a warning even if the previous App has not been configured/executed, as this allows for certain use cases that are not supported when enforcing the previous App execution. However, in some cases, the workflow will prevent the user from moving to the next workflow App if there are any missing requirements or a previous App action is required.
