Signals VitroVivo: Create a new plate map file format from SciStream manage formats of the Grid Plate Editor app

1️⃣ Grid Plate Editor – Analysis tab ➡ select  [“plate design name”] ➡ select  [Edit plate design]

2️⃣ Grid Plate Editor – Design section ➡ Add annotations on this layout ➡ select  [Import via SciStream]

3️⃣ New Annotation from template window ➡ select  [Manage Formats]

4️⃣ SciStream window ➡ select  [Add…]

5️⃣ Open window ➡ browse and select file(s)

6️⃣ Open window ➡ select  [Open]

7️⃣ SciStream window ➡ select  [Manage Formats…]

8️⃣ Manage Formats window ➡ select  [New…]

9️⃣ Create File Format window ➡ select/type

Columns ➡ modify accordingly

🔟 Create File Format window ➡ select  [Save] ➡ select  [Close] (This last close action is taken for the Manage Formats and the SciStream windows)
