Supporting Knowledge
SciStream allows the user to import, aggregate, and arrange data and metadata files in Spotfire for Signals. Files can be imported in batches, including files from plate readers, high content screening readers, and flow cytometers with their corresponding metadata and experimental information or plate layout.
There are several file formats supported by SciStream, including Excel, .csv, .txt, EZreader (rst), and Flow Cytometry (fcs) files.
Note: Excel sheets in a multi-page document can be identified by name.
Note: SciStream parsing can be set to begin at a specified keyword if applicable.
