Details: System admins often admin licenses for both user with SRS and SNB, the difference between these two license groups is that SRS licensed users in addition to SNB get access to VitroVivo and Inventa while SNB will not have access to these two features
To assign the proper license based on company needs as a System Administrator, please go to Configuration >> Users.
- Regular SNB users should only have the Notebook box checked.
- SRS users should only have the Research suite box checked.
You can toggle on and off the selected user, that will assign a license to the user to access Signals Research Suite
Depending on the available licenses available in the tenant administrators will have the ability to assign or remove additional features.
Note: the end of line for each license type/Feature will show the amount of licenses used and total licenses available to assign.
