ChemDraw desktop custom settings will not be pulled into SNB ChemDraw JS

Details: ChemDraw desktop users would like SNB ChemDraw JS to pull custom settings when launching their chemical drawing section from ChemDraw JS using the ChemDraw button, but ChemDraw desktop will not push any custom setting into the Signals Notebook drawing information Item.
