Signals Inventa: Open an Inventa Analysis from the Signals Inventa dashboard

Prior to this task:

✔ Inventa Analysis must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Dashboard ➡ select  [Signals Inventa Dashboard]
2️⃣ Signals Inventa Dashboard ➡ select Inventa Analysis
3️⃣ Inventa Analysis ➡ hover over and select  [Edit in Spotfire Analyst]

Alternatively, the user can open the Inventa Analysis online. From the Inventa Analysis, select [Edit in Spotfire Online].

When another user is editing the Inventa Analysis, the analysis will remain locked. In this instance, the user has two options:

• If permissions are set up, the user can unlock and edit the analysis. To unlock a locked Inventa Analysis, from the Inventa Analysis, select the [File Locked] icon, select [Unlock File Now], then select  [Edit in Spotfire Analyst]/ [Edit in Spotfire Online].
• If no permissions are set up, the user can view the Inventa Analysis as read only. To view a locked Inventa Analysis, from the Inventa Analysis, select the [View in Spotfire Analyst]/ [View in Spotfire Online] icon. From the Non-Editable File window, select [Continue].
