in short, yes. A user with a named-user product license for Spotfire Analyst can also use all features provided in Spotfire Business Author and Spotfire Consumer. However, the reverse is not true: Users with only Spotfire Business Author named-user licenses cannot use the features specified only for the Spotfire Analyst license.
