The problem can be caused by the fact that SImA does NOT support upper case letters in domain names, this is documented in the Signals Image Artist Installation and Administration guide.
Check the domain name used when configuring the Web Server. If upper case characters have been used then you will be required to update the domain name or switch to using the IP address by running the change_server_address.sh
script as described here.
The script should be executed while the SImA stack is running.
e.g.
$ change_server_address.sh --domain-name <domain name lower case>
Thereafter, the SImA stack should be removed and re-deployed using the undeploy.sh
and deploy.sh
scripts found in the SImA installation directory.
If the web browser shows a SImA error page after changing the address/domain name, please remove all cookies related to the old and the new domain name from the web browser.
