In order to view another users data, each user must both be part of the same group. You can find additional information regarding role and permission specific actions here.
Assuming both users are a member of the same group, you can switch to show 'All' from the Primary Navigation data tree drop down selector, or switch to viewing another users data tree.
In the below example the users 'rich' and 'nick' are both part of the same group, the user is logged in to SImA as 'rich' and has selected to view 'All' from the Primary Navigation data tree. This then displays screens owned by both the user 'nick' and 'rich'. Note the different colour folders.
Using the same Primary Navigation data tree selector the user 'rich' can also switch to viewing only the screens owned by the user 'nick':
