Signals Notebook: Deactivate a User from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.  

Prior to this task: 

✔ User must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select  [Users]
2️⃣ Users ➡ select user to deactivate
3️⃣ Edit User ➡ select [Deactivate]
4️⃣ Confirm deletion of user window ➡ select user to have Full Control of deleted user’s resources
5️⃣ Confirm deletion of user window ➡ select [Delete User & Share Content]

Supporting Knowledge

Alternatively, select the Don‘t share Full Control checkbox to avoid reassigning the deleted user’s resources, then select the [Delete User & Don't Share Content] button.

Note: The administrator can optionally reassign the content of a deleted user to an active user (but only one user, not multiple users). If the administrator chooses not to reassign it, the content can still be accessed by any user with Full Control access through Sharing or Security Policy.
