Signals Notebook: Bulk update Users using a .csv file from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.  

Prior to this task:  

✔ User(s) must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select  [Users]
2️⃣ Users ➡ select  [Create User] ➡ select [Bulk Update]
3️⃣ Bulk User Update ➡ select [Download Current Users]
4️⃣ .csv file ➡ open .csv file created ➡ edit list ➡ save .csv file
5️⃣ Bulk User Update ➡ select [Choose File]
6️⃣ Open window ➡ browse and select .csv file with updated users
7️⃣ Open window ➡ select [Open]
8️⃣ Bulk User Update ➡ select [Update Users]

Supporting Knowledge  

Once the users list in Signals gets updated, a User Update Report appears, displaying the total number of users, the number of successful updates, and the number of failed updates.

Use the Filter options to filter the update report. Select:

• Succeeded to display only the successfully updated users.
• All to display all users.
• Warned to display only the warned users.
• Failed to display only the failed users.

To check the reason for a failed update for a specific user, hover the mouse over their corresponding Failed icon.
