Notes:
- The hash symbols indicate the number of leading zeros; if they are completed, the numbering will continue.
- If the admin wants to number experiments and notebooks per user, they need to use each user’s alias or initials in the sequence and disable global autonumbering. If the admin decides to use a user alias, they must make sure all users have one.
- To guarantee uniqueness in the names of experiments and notebooks, the admin should use user aliases instead of user initials, given that initials can be repeated between two or more users, but user aliases must be different for every user.
- If the number sequence changes after creating notebooks or experiments, this will not change the name of previously created object. Reassigned experiments will not change the original name alias.
