Optionally, from the Global Settings tab, the user can also select the [Apply fit settings] button to apply standard curve fit adjustments to quickly perform QA/QC; select the
[Save fit settings] button to save fit settings under a desired name; and select the
[Import fit settings] button to establish the fitting parameters based on an imported local .json file.
Note: On the Advanced tab, the Levenberg-Marquardt Robust algorithm applies an IRLS implementation of the LM to carry out the fitting while down-weighting points that can be possible outliers.
Optionally, the user can also add absolute half-maximal inhibitory concentration or absolute half-maximal effective concentration. From the Columns tab, under Additional points, select AbsEC/AbsIC, and type the desired concentration in the box below; select the [Add Parameter] button to add the new point. For the absolute EC/IC, the user can select a scale. So, from the Columns tab, select the
[Set EC/IC Abs scale to 0–100] toggle.
Optionally, the user can add thumbnails to the resulting curve fit. So, from the Columns tab, select the [Add thumbnails column] toggle.
Optionally, the user can observe the new parameters table created with the information of the curve fit visualization by selecting the [Show/Hide visualization] icon to show the table.
Optionally, from the Calculations Explorer Controls panel, from the Manage Fittings tab, under Select Fit, select the dropdown to navigate between the fits created.
