Application performance issues can stem from various factors. To identify and address the root cause, consider the following key points:
- Browser Cache: Recommend clearing the browser cache or trying the application in different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Edge) or incognito mode to eliminate browser-related issues.
- Multiple Tenants: If you have multiple tenants, we encourage you to check across all tenants and share the results of your observations.
- Performance Patterns: If you have noticed any patterns related to performance issues (e.g., specific times of the day). please share the exact timestamps and HAR files to analyze logs for potential issues.
- Experiment/Notebook Specifics: Check if the issue is specific to a particular experiment or notebook. If so, examine the contents of each item to identify any particular file causing the problem.
- User Diversity: We encourage you to check across different accounts to confirm if the issue is user specific. If users from the same region are affected, extend the investigation to users in different regions (Europe, USA, etc.).
- VPN Connection: In case you are accessing the application through a VPN please log in without the VPN and share the results.
- Organization Network: In case you are connecting to the application from your organization's network, please connect outside the organization's network to determine if the application behaves as expected.
- IP Restrictions: Inquire about any IP restrictions that might be causing blockages or issues.
- 3rd-Party Apps/Extensions: Check for the presence of any third-party installed apps or browser extensions that could be causing interference with the application.
These steps will help in a comprehensive investigation to identify and address the root cause of the performance issues.
