Support policy update for TIBCO Cloud credit card based subscriptions
Details:
On December 7, 2022, TIBCO will stop accepting credit card payments for TIBCO Cloud subscriptions, including TIBCO Cloud Spotfire. More information can be found here.
In appreciation of your business with us, we will extend your subscription at no additional charge for 3 months from your subscription renewal date.
To convert your subscription to other paid plans, please contact us, and someone from our sales team will get in touch with you.
The steps for conversion are:- Work with our sales representative on the licenses you want to procure.
- Cancel your credit card subscription:
- On the Subscriptions tab, click Details on the domain tile.
- In the domain Subscription window, click Cancel subscription.
A confirmation window is displayed. - Confirm that you want to cancel the subscription.
A message is displayed to indicate that the cancellation was successful.
- In parallel, please open a support ticket so we can track this.
To cancel your subscription and request a refund:
- Cancel your credit card subscription:
- On the Subscriptions tab, click Details on the domain tile.
- In the domain Subscription window, click Cancel subscription.
A confirmation window is displayed. - Confirm that you want to cancel the subscription.
A message is displayed to indicate that the cancellation was successful.
- In parallel, please open a support ticket so we can track this and issue a refund.
Please note that these refunds can take up to 4-6 weeks.
If you take no action, TIBCO reserves the right to cancel your subscription automatically after the 3 months additional grace period is expires.
