This article explains how to prevent the "Recommended Visualizations" dialog from automatically being shown when loading new data in TIBCO Spotfire Analyst.

Resolution:
Perform below steps to set preference setting for required Spotfire user group(s) to hide "Recommended visualizations" option automatically when loading new data:

- Login to Spotfire Analyst/client with Administrator privileges.
- Click on Tools -> Administration Manager -> Preferences -> Select the desired' Group -> Expand Application -> ApplicationPreferences-> select 'AutoPopRecommendationsUI' property.
- Set this 'AutoPopRecommendationsUI' property to 'False' and click on OK button.
- Close Spotfire Analyst/client session and relaunch it.
- Load new data and this time it will not show you "Recommended Visualizations" user interface option for the desired user.
