This article explains how to login to the TIBCO Spotfire Cloud Analyst using offline mode.

Resolution:
To work in offline mode("Work Offline") i.e. without connecting to TIBCO Cloud Spotfire Server, select the option-TIBCO Cloud Spotfire Analyst(Show Login Dialog) as per the below reference image:
You can now select the "Work Offline" button to work locally
Note: The user can continue using the TIBCO Cloud Spotfire Analyst/client in offline mode for 2147483647 days.
