TIBCO Spotfire Cloud Analyst admin user is not able to modify folder permissions under Tools > Library Administration
Details:
A TIBCO Cloud Spotfire administrator can click on Tools > Library Administration in the TIBCO Spotfire Cloud Analyst, but the "Edit" option for "Permissions for Selected Folder" is grayed out.
Resolution:
Cloud users cannot access Folder permissions in this manner via the TIBCO Spotfire Cloud Analyst desktop client, instead all changes must be made on the TIBCO Cloud URL by clicking on File > View Library. Once in the Library browse to the user's home folder, then hover the mouse to the far right of the folder name to see three small dots. Click on the dots to bring up the context menu for the folder and click on "Sharing" to set permissions for the selected folder.
