Signals Notebook: Deprecate a monomer from a custom HELM Monomer library in the HELM Monomer Curation App

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ Custom HELM Monomer library must be created and activated.

✔ Custom HELM Monomer library must have a monomer(s). 

1️⃣ HELM Monomer Curation ➡ Libraries ➡ select ["name of HELM Monomer library"]
2️⃣ HELM Monomer Curation ➡ select monomer to deprecate
3️⃣ Monomer details ➡ select [Deprecate]
4️⃣ Confirm Deprecate window ➡ select [Deprecate]

Supporting Knowledge

Note: The active version of the monomer is deprecated. The Status of the monomer changes from Active to Deprecated, and the Deprecate button changes to a Restore button.
