If you have run out of activations and are trying to figure out why or if you are looking at an admin report of activations or just browsing the download center for your org as an admin, there may be numerous reasons why a single user has many activations.
For example, currently the activations are associated with the network card's Mac address on a computer. This is what we call the "HostID". The computer's wired network card has a Mac address. Wifi could use a separate Mac address. A dock could add a third. The software could also be installed on multiple computers.

Alternatively, switch to Signals ChemDraw which uses authentication (username and password). You can log in from as many computers as you like with Signals ChemDraw and it will only use one license for the individual logging in.
