When using the migration script which forms part of the Signals Image Artist (SImA) toolkit to transfer data from Columbus to SImA you may notice that a duplicate copy of each analysis sequence is made as shown below:
Columbus data tree:
Signals Image Artist data tree:
A copy of each analysis sequence with the same timestamp as the results file is made to keep the relationship between analysis and results.
The desired behaviour in SImA is to store a copy of the analysis file each time the results file is generated i.e. each time the batch analysis using that analysis sequence is performed.
