Problem
If you see the following error when accessing Signals Notebook Individual Edition, please try the steps described in this article.
Error message:
"You do not have access to this application
Please contact the System Administrator if you feel that this is an error.
Click the button to return to the login screen."

Am I using "Signals Notebook Individual Edition"?
If you access Signals Notebook via any of the following URLs, you are using Signals Notebook Individual Edition.
Solution:
There are two major reasons that cause this error.
- The institution you belong to does not have a valid license or the license is expired.
- The institution you belong to has a valid license but your user registration for Signals Notebook Individual Edition is expired.
If you believe that you are experiencing the issue for the reason #2 above, you may be able to recover your access by re-registering yourself.
How to re-register yourself
- Open https://connect.revvitysignals.com/sitesubscription/ in your browser.
- Search for your institution by typing the name in the ‘Search for Institution’ field.
- Click on ‘Register’ below ‘Access Revvity Signals Cloud Applications’.
- Enter the institution’s email address and select the secondary ‘Submit’ button.
- Once the email is verified select ‘Continue’.
IMPORTANT - Individual Edition will reach End of Life on March 1, 2025
Signals Notebook Individual Edition is in its Sunset phase of the Product Life cycle, and it will reach End of Life ("EOL") on March 1, 2025. If your organization also has a Signals Notebook Standard Edition tenant, you can migrate your data to it. Please make sure you complete the migration before the EOL date or your license expiration date. Please refer to the following article for instructions on data migration.
