In case you received an email with the subject “Signals Research Suite Block: Unblock action needed”, similar to the one in the following image.
It means that unusual activity has been detected on your account and this IP address has been blocked. You may recognize this IP address, and it may be trusted, so the question arises as to what could have triggered this email? After 10 unsuccessful attempts to log in to the same account, the activity may be classified as suspicious, which results in the sending of the email described previously.
If the IP address is trusted and you discard that the detected activity was malicious, you only have to proceed to unblock this IP address with the link sent in the email.
Note: The link sent in the email is for one time use only, therefore, after using it the first time, it cannot be used again.
