Signals Notebook: Add Inventory Columns to Variation Table Templates from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ Variation Table Template must be created.

✔ An Internal Data Source must be linked to the Variation Table Template.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select  [Table Templates]
2️⃣ Table Templates ➡ select variations table template
3️⃣ Variations table template ➡ select Table ➡ select [Components]
4️⃣ Variations table template ➡ select [Add Inventory Columns]
5️⃣ Variations table template ➡ deselect [Hidden by Default] for columns: Inventory Decrement Barcode Container ID
6️⃣ Variations table template ➡ select  [Save]

Supporting Knowledge

• Inventory Columns will allow users to enter a barcode into the ID column, and the related Material will be imported into the table along with associated data. The user can also switch to another container with the same material.
• Showing Inventory Decrement, Barcode, and Container ID columns is optional; if columns are hidden, the user can unhide them as needed.
