We are streamlining the authentication process for three key Revvity Signals portals:
- Support site
- Download Center
- Ecommerce site
What This Means for You
- On November 15th, all three sites will use the same username and password.
- If you have existing credentials for the Download Center (https://revvitysignals.flexnetoperations.com) or our online store (https://shop.revvitysignals.com), you can use them to log in to the Support site.
How to Log In after November 15th:

Existing Users:
- Try your Download Center or online store credentials.

Unsure if you have an account?
- Use the "Forgot Password" option on the Login page.
- If you receive a reset password email within a few minutes, you have an account.
- If you don't receive an email, you'll need to create a new account.

- Create a new account from the Login page.
