When accessing Signals Chemdraw tenants from a SAML IdP dashboard (for example clicking on the Okta or Azure tile) you may run into the following error message:
If you can successfully login to your tenant by navigating to the tenant's URL and authenticating through your IdP that way, then there are actions that the tenant administrator needs to take once your Signals Chemdraw tenant is updated to version 25.1 or later.
As an administrator, navigate to the tenant's configuration page, then System Settings-> Authentication
- Perform a temporary change in the configuration (like editing the post-logout URL)
- Save the configuration
- Revert your change and save again.
The process above will apply a fix that will enable your tenant to login properly from the IdP's initiated authentication (Okta, Azure tile etc).
