Problem:

There is no online menu and/or the Help does not work.


Solution:

We have converted our help system to the Microsoft compiled HTML technology. Internet Explorer 3 or greater is required in order for the Help and Online menus to work. You can download the latest version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft for free at: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.htm
