Problem:

Surfaces do not line up with the model. The surfaces look off-centered.


Solution:

This is a known problem. Until we fix this problem, open the Building Settings and turn off "Automatically Fit Model to Window". Use the Chem3D Help menu to search for "Building Control Panel" if you are not sure where this control is for your version of Chem3D.
