I am using Gaussian 98W and when I try to view the surfaces from my Gaussian job, I get the error message that, "The file is damaged."

The Cubegen utility shipping with G98W revision a5-a6 has a bug that prevents it from reading formatted checkpoint files produced by G98W a5-a6. This bug is fixed with the a9 release. There is also a similar bug with the a7 Cubegen utility regarding MEP surfaces. This has also been fixed in the a9 release.
