When I paste a structure from ChemDraw into Chem3D, it does not recognize some or all Nicknames.

Problem:

When I paste a structure from ChemDraw into Chem3D, it does not recognize some or all Nicknames.


Solution:

You must define any missing Nicknames as substructures in Chem3D. See the Chem3D User's Guide for information about defining substructures.
