Activation of ChemDraw fails if Adobe Air freeware is not installed on the client PC


Solution:

The activation for Chemdraw fails when Adobe Air is not installed, seems like a firewall or anti-virus restriction. Please install Adobe Air then try to install ChemBioDraw 13. Download link: http://get.adobe.com/air/thankyou/?installer=Adobe_AIR_3.6_for_Win32 http://get.adobe.com/air/
