We started to have problems with reports creation from Inventory. Error appears and report is not created. What can be done?
There is a reporting service that should be running on the Application server. You should go there and check if it's still running. If it's stuck for some reason , try to restart it:
- Check if RPT services are running ( Start- Services- find RPT services). If no - right-click and Start them.
- Go to C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ChemOffice\WebServer_Source\sfserverasp\RPT
- Report.exe": it should be already started so you can see ReportServer pop-up and it's status.
- You can check there if any report creation is running in the moment by the following:
- If you see there is long time no new reports created, there is one in progress in ReportServer pop-up, then you might need to click "Stop" in ReportServer (p.2.1) or restart RPT services (p.1)
