Problem:

While trying to print a ChemDraw document, I get the following error:
" ChemDraw has not detected a printer for your system. Use the Printer control panel to add a printer,and refer to your Windows Help for specific details."

Solution:

ChemDraw only uses the available printer installed on your machine.

If you don't have any printer installed on your machine, then retest the problem after installing or updating the printer driver (physical or virtual printer). If you need any assistance to install or update the printer driver, contact your local IT Team.
