Problem:

ChemDraw crashes with error code, "0xc000007b”

 

Solution:

Please make sure to install ChemDraw/ChemOffice products only on the default location.

(C:/Program Files (x86)\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemOffice (version number)) You would need to free up enough space on your C drive (300 MB - 1 GB ). The recommended specification is 10 GB free space on C Drive.

If you used a customer installation with a different folder, please uninstall the software and reinstall using the default location.
