I am not able to access my Signals Notebook Individual subscription included with my ChemOffice+ Cloud license.
If you activated Signals Notebook Individual Edition (the one included in ChemOffice+ Cloud) in 2021, the correct URL to sign in is https://chemdraweln.signalsresearch.revvitycloud.com
If your Signals Notebook Individual Edition subscription was activated prior to 2021 for the first time, then the URL that you need to use is https://signalsresearch.revvitycloud.com
On a related note, if you are trying to access ChemDraw Collections and are getting an error message that your Signals account is not licensed for ChemDraw Collections, you may have installed a separate ChemDraw Professional or Prime license. ChemDraw Pro and Prime install ChemDraw Collections, but ChemDraw Collections is not a feature of ChemDraw Pro or Prime. You would need to uninstall ChemDraw and resintall using a ChemOffice+ Cloud installer or Signals ChemDraw which DO include ChemDraw Collections.
