Problem:

I am not able to access my Signals Notebook Individual subscription included with my ChemOffice+ Cloud license.

 

Solution:

If you activated Signals Notebook Individual Edition (the one included in ChemOffice+ Cloud) in 2021, the correct URL to sign in is https://chemdraweln.signalsnotebook.perkinelmer.cloud

If your Signals Notebook Individual Edition subscription was activated prior to 2021 for the first time, then the URL that you need to use is https://signalsnotebook.perkinelmer.cloud
