I get this message when entering a new activation code, "Activation succeeded but no activation licenses were found"
You will always receive an Activation ID/Host owner mismatch error when the computer that you want to activate was previously registered under an activation code for a different account. The only way to fix this is by providing the host id number to our support team so we can take care of the problem. The HostID can be found on the Activation screen.
If the activation code is part of a multi-user license, then it's also possible that the new activation code you received is under a new account name on our activation server. We can search the devices activated under the original account to fix the problem on all of them.
