- Launch the ChemDraw or ChemOffice application.
- Select the 'Help' menu, then 'Activate ChemDraw...'
- Click "Deactivate", then delete the contents of the Activation code field already present in the activation window.
- Enter your new code for the newly purchased product. (It will be a 4-part code with the following format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) If you do not have your new 4-part activation code, contact your local IT administrator for the code, or find your code in the Download Center using the following FAQ: How do I login to the Download Center and find my ChemDraw activation code? – Revvity Signals
- Once you have entered your new 4-part code, select Activate.
