I have downloaded ChemDraw/ChemOffice from the Flexnet Download Center and need an activation code to activate my product. (for version 17 or higher).

For ChemDraw/Chemoffice v17.x and higher, our subscription activation codes are versionless. This means if you already have version 17 or higher installed on your PC, and upgrade to the the latest version, you will not need a new activation code to reactivate.

From version 17.x and forward, we provide the installer as well as the activation code through the Flexnet Download Center. You won't get the activation code through email. Your order and activation code will be present in the List Entitlements section in the Download Center based on your site subscription renewal by your institution. (You won't find any Orders according to your download date.)

** Signals ChemDraw does not use activation codes.  If you have a Signals ChemDraw license, you need to be added to your Signals ChemDraw tenant by your local admin and then use your tenant's credentials to authenticate.
