Problem:

When I register to download ChemDraw/ChemOffice through my site license my user becomes inactive.


Solution:

Your user ID appears inactive because the account ID that you are using is also inactive. This happens if you were registered already and the account was removed or if you are using a link to register and the account ID on the link is now incorrect.

To register properly, please follow the steps provided in the Quick Start Guide
